Deepika Padukone

Deepika Padukone, born on 5 January, 1986 (pronounced as [diPIkaPaduko or [paDukoor [paDuko]), is a famous Indian film actress. She primarily appears in films with a Hindi language. Three Filmfare Awards have been given to her, which makes her one of India's most well-paid actresses. Time magazine ranked her as one of the top 100 individuals around the globe in 2018. Also, she received an award called the TIME100 Impact Award for 2022. Padukone is the daughter of badminton star Prakash Padukone. She was raised in Bangalore and was born in Copenhagen. When she was a teen she was a badminton player in the national championships, but she resigned her profession in sports in order to be a fashion designer. In 2006 she made her acting debut as an actress in the Kannada film Aishwarya. Padukone later played a duo role opposite Shah Rukh Khan in her first Bollywood release, the romance Om Shanti Om (2007) that won her an award called the Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
